True Family Values in Minneapolis

On Saturday, September 21, a group of 30 pastors, ministers and guests met for a True Family Values seminar held at the beautiful Minneapolis Family Church facility. The event empowered participating ministers to share True Family Values within their own communities. 

The seminar began with a spirited prayer from Bishop Victoria Oluwalowo, founder of End Time Apostolic Church and board member of the American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC) in Minnesota. Then, Bishop Carolyn Arnett spoke on God’s Ideal of Creation, followed by her daughter, as well as a few others, presenting their own versions of the same lessons, demonstrating to the group how easy it is to teach True Family Values. 

The seminar gave ministers the tools to teach True Family Values in five parts: the Creation and the Human Fall (two sections of the Divine Principle), the importance of marriage, the Marriage Blessing Ceremony and the work of Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon and her late husband Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon. Dr. Glovenia Williams, founder of the Collegiate Training Institute, also gave a moving presentation titled “What Went Wrong.”

One of the event coordinators said, “We discovered that not only can we teach True Family Values, but when we teach them, we become empowered and the values become a part of us.”
