New Hampshire and Massachusetts Cosponsor POC and Me! Seminar
On January 20, Faith Fusion and the Boston Family Church held a one-day seminar in Gloucester, MA for 44 participants entitled POC (Principle of Creation) and Me!
The interactive seminar was presented by Heather Thalheimer and college student Letisha Feraboli. Participants were taken on a deep journey into the Principle of Creation and were invited to explore practical ways of applying it to everyday life, relationships and the world. The seminar pulled from the fields of science, which included Quantum Physics, psychology and family studies to flesh out the eternal principles uncovered in the Divine Principle. The participants explored new ways to understand God and recognized that in order to be happy they need to live life in sync with the Principle of Creation and discover their own unique ways to live for a purpose greater than themselves.
Stay tuned for the next series’ seminar.
Reflections
“I really enjoyed the lecture and this seminar. I learned about how to apply values from the Divine Principle to my daily life.” –Josh McBride, Providence, RI
“One thing I really enjoyed about this workshop was that we were able to learn about the Divine Principle in a relevant way to apply into our daily lives. Usually we hear about the four-position foundation, which kind of goes through one ear and out the other, but this time the content really stuck with me and I’m really glad I came.” –Yeun Hiroi, Boston, MA
“Thank you to Heather Thalheimer and Catherine Ono for this workshop. It was only a one-day workshop but the content was very deep. I hadn’t expected to attend this event, but somehow God gave me the weekend off from work. If we can continue hosting events like these, we will come to understand God, True Parents and ourselves more extensively.” –Anonymous
“This meeting meant a lot to me. It clarified many questions I have had over the years. I was also pleasantly surprised to see so many young people involved.” –Norman Valentine, Manchester, NH
