Korea 2020 General Advisory

Dear Families,
Many are going to Korea at this time to attend True Father’s Centenary and the 60th Anniversary of True Parents’ Holy Wedding, as well as the Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing ceremony.
As many of you know, there are various groups going to Korea, and the information can be overwhelming. Therefore, we thought that in addition to each group’s own advisory, we will send a general one to allow everyone to understand the big picture.
If you are going to Korea with the Pilgrimage or with the North American leaders group, you are also participating in the CIG Hyojeong Festival (HJ CheonBo Great Works) that takes place in the HJ Cheonbo Training Center on February 5-8. You can see the general schedule for this here: CIG Hyojeong Festival Schedule. Here is the advisory for the pilgrimage group, which was also emailed directly to the group’s participants: HJ Pilgrimage – Korea 2020 – Advisory
Other groups follow somewhat different schedules, but will participate in the main events according to the group’s particular schedule.
Participants coming as CheonBo Candidates or Proclaimers and staying at Hanhwa resort, will attend the events in the schedule on February 6-7, the Celebration of Foundation Day and the Cosmic Blessing respectively, and the CheonBo Holy Wine Ceremony. The advisory for this group is available here: CheonBo Candidates and Proclaimers – Korea 2020 – Advisory.
Those who are part of the World Summit 2020, either as participants or staff, will also attend the two main events on February 6-7. For the CheonBo Holy Wine Ceremony, the North American staff is working on the logistics to allow members to partake in the ceremony either by staying at the World Center for the CheonBo Holy Wine Ceremony or by holding it in another time and venue according to the International Office’s guidance.
Members that are part of the Blessing group, newly matched couples and their families, will follow the schedule according to the Blessing and Family Ministry advisory. They will have a particular schedule for the CheonBo Holy Wine Ceremony as well.
Those who are attending the event on February 7 as CheonBo Candidates or Proclaimers, but are part of any of the groups not staying at Hanwha resort, please refer to the specific CheonBo advisory for attire details. The accessories of choice can be purchased at the Cheongshim World Center on Feb. 6. If you haven’t registered as CheonBo Candidate or Proclaimer on the TribeNet registration link, indicating you are attending a different group, but wish to order the wedding dress (see the CheonBo advisory for details), and be counted as a CheonBo Candidate or Proclaimer, please email evangelism@unification.org and ashibuya@unification.org.
For those who are registered for the pilgrimage option 2, joining after the main schedule is completed, there will be a bus from the HJ Cheonbo Training Center to the pilgrimage hotel to connect with the Pilgrimage on February 8. If your group schedule doesn’t provide transportation to the Training Center on February 8, you will need to make your own way there, or make your way directly to the hotel as you choose. Please contact Rev. Inguk Seo at iseo@unification.org to notify the staff where you will meet the pilgrimage group.
For specific questions about your group’s schedule, any needs you may have, etc., please contact the person listed for information on your group’s advisory.
This is going to be an exciting week in Korea, as we participate in True Mother’s great gift to True Father.
