A Year of Giving and Opportunity
Unificationists have stepped up in a big way to help with important events and projects this year. We could almost call this the “Year of Giving”, because all of these endeavors have been made possible by generous donations. Most Unificationists though, know that a monetary offering is also an opportunity, a rare chance to contribute to True Father’s legacy and vision. With the God’s Hope for America Pilgrimage, the ongoing work on the International Peace Education Center in Las Vegas, and various national and local events, True Parents’ message is alive and thriving. Thousands of Unificationists have had the opportunity to participate in a very real way, to building new platforms from which True Parents’ words and efforts towards peace can touch even more lives.
On the “God’s Hope for America” pilgrimage, Unificationists around the country revived their faith and recommitted to fulfilling True Parents’ vision for this nation. As a natural conclusion to the pilgrimage, we will gather in just under two weeks to commemorate the second anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa. We’re asking for American Unificationists to step up once again, and offer a donation in honor of Father’s legacy which will be celebrated at the National Memorial Service. An offering of $210 per family or $120 per single adult can be made online or at your local church as a way to show our love for True Father and to encourage True Mother in our continued commitment to a nation that they have invested so much in. There will be places to make your offering at the service as well.
If you have not yet had the opportunity to contribute to the beautiful Universal Seonghwa Anniversary Ceremony that was celebrated and broadcast from Korea, offerings of $210 per family or $120 per single adult for the Universal Seonghwa will also be gratefully accepted. You can donate online or please contact your local church or pastor. Let’s take the opportunity to continue to give and serve the way that True Father always did and encouraged us to do. We are so grateful to be living in such an exciting time, and look forward to seeing the fruits of the hard work and generosity of all of our brothers and sisters.
