True Parents’ 59th Wedding Anniversary

Happy 59th anniversary to True Parents! During the celebration this April, True Mother shared about how she came to understand the significance of her role as True Mother. She understood how True Father needed True Mother in order to realize God’s dream. Out of her own volition, she committed to take on this crucial role that has allowed the providence to continue moving forward.

NORTHEAST SUBREGION

The Worcester, MA youth group worked with a non-profit organization and helped clean up the area surrounding the Worcester Family Church. They worked from 10-12 on Saturday April 27.

Sub Region 2: Southeast

NOVA (north VA) had their monthly half day DP workshop at Rev. Achille’s home. The workshop brings together middle and high school students from the NOVA and DC communities. This month, the youth went over “chapter 4: Purpose of the Messiah.”

Sub Region 3: Midwest

The Minneapolis Youth Group had a Career Night to showcase different ways elders in their community impacted other people through their work. Also, to better understand the impact they have on each other, they did an activity called “You’ve Made Your Mark”, where the youth passed around personalized papers that had their footprints on it and wrote stories about impactful memories they’ve had with each other!

Sub Region 4: Southwest

Eleven youth from Utah gathered for Hoon Dok Hwe and played a Jenga discussion game. The room was full of energy and excitement and it was a great bonding experience.

Sub Region 5: West

Seattle and Bellingham youth and young adults joined together for Easter weekend. They enjoyed God’s beautiful creation, shared time together with older brothers and sisters, and blessed the community with their presence.
