Latest IPEC Retreat

November’s 7-day Divine Principle retreat at the International Peace Education Center (IPEC) provided its two participants with unique insights into the teachings and mission of True Parents.

Pastor Joel Barnaby of the Greater Church of Philadelphia expressed a real calling and desire to help convey True Parents’ message. He said, “This 7-day workshop was critically valuable to me. Rev. Compton was an excellent presenter. His knowledge of the material has been mastered and the delivery was both professional and studious. Personally, I gained an in-depth insight of the true heart, dedication, and Heavenly calling of the mission assigned to True Parents. I am more of a believer today than I was before I came. Throughout the workshop and with every lesson my appreciation and love for the journey of tears, pain, agony, and joys grew stronger and stronger. I personally feel compelled to help further wherever and however I can, to spread the word to the world the things God has wrought.”

Klara Baimukkhanova, who recently moved to the United States from Russia, described the workshop as God’s direct answer to her prayers. She said, “I’m really grateful for this workshop. I felt God had prepared it for me. I came to Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago and struggled a lot with a new place, new culture, and new language. I prayed for God to help me overcome everything in the best way. To give me power, love, and understanding to keep going. Through this workshop I felt God wanted to give me love and truth. He is embracing me. Through this workshop I understood how much God loves me.”
