Trekking Mountains and Valleys to Inspire God’s Hope
It has been an incredible and unforgettable week for those riding along on the God’s Hope for America revival road trip. You can look forward to the bus reaching your area or some tour-inspired activities to come your way; in the meantime, here’s what has been happening during the grand kickoff:
- We visited the first few Holy Grounds that True Father established in 1965. Though some of the sites have changed over time (the Las Vegas Holy Ground, which used to be at a park at the time it was planted, is now the location of the Las Vegas Governor’s Building), the spirit of True Father’s original visits remain the same and has been renewed and revived.
- The multitude of youth attending is a gleaming hope for America’s future, and the extremes in landscapes inspire the thought that, just as the sun is hot, Mt. Whitney is tall and America is beautiful, God’s concern for this nation is unfailing.
- On the anniversary of the outbreak of the Korean War in 1950, we held an event highlighting veterans in Las Vegas. It was a day of gratitude and patriotism.
