See Through a New Lens

In writing today’s DP Life article, “See Through a New Lens,” we realized that we could go on and on about the presence of Divine Principle (DP) in some of the best-loved films in the world. We’ve all seen these movies—perhaps multiple times—but DP Life challenges all of us to start seeing them through a new lens. Why? First, because we are consumers of what we see, and we take these examples as reference points to live by. We want to ensure that we are conscious and aware of which values are worth practicing and which ones are just Hollywood’s distorted presentations of society.

We also can use an awareness of the DP in films to start a collection of educational content for a Sunday school lesson, a positive family movie night or a movie-related small group.
