Welcome to True Parents Way!

True Parents Way continues its blog series, “Divine Principle Sex Education.” The Bible personifies wisdom as a woman. Proverbs says that wisdom “raises her voice in the public square” and that “she is a tree of life to those who take hold of her.” This means that a true father, a tree of life, and true mother work together. She guides sons to listen to their father: “Listen, my sons, to a father’s instruction,” and he tells them: “Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you.”

This week’s video is about the brother-sister realm of heart. By internalizing rules, we empower our mind’s dominion over our body. James taught: “…a perfect man [is] able to keep his whole body in check.” So too Rev. Moon: “Before trying to gain dominion over the world, gain dominion over yourself.” Jesus articulated the highest standard—the heart’s dominion over the eyes in the arena of man-woman love: “I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” Sexual purity is the final goal of the brother-sister realm of heart.

Our Holy Marriage Blessing podcast is entitled, “Enter with Your Children.” The Bible tells us that the Messiah will return as a bridegroom in a wedding. He does so to reverse the wrongful relationship that took place in the Garden of Eden. When Jesus laid the groundwork in his parable of the wedding feast, the Pharisees tried to change the subject, and he called them hypocrites. Then the Sadducees tried to divert Jesus, and he told them, sorry, there’s no marriage in the resurrection—you need the Blessing!
