The Power of Prayer

There are sometimes situations that come up in the lives of our families and friends that put us through great hardship and could benefit from our combined prayers. On these occasions we publish a prayer request so that our global community can join together in offering a prayer to our Heavenly Parent on behalf of another person or family in need. Sometimes contributions to cover hospital bills or other costs can also be made.

Our most recent requests are for the following individuals:

Please send out prayers for 3-year-old Moses Kiely (son of Yung and Robin Fiala Kiely) who has just been diagnosed with Leukemia. The family now faces six months of intense treatment and three years of maintenance in Anchorage, Alaska. Thoughts, prayers and messages are healing not only for Moses but for the whole family during this difficult time. You may also feel called to donate what you can to the family to help support their medical expenses.

Steven Vogel of Kentucky has stage 3 colon cancer. He is healed from surgery and is now on round 3 of 12 chemotherapy treatments. Please pray for this treatment to work and that Steve can be strong to work for God’s will. You can also help by contributing to his medical expenses.
