Pray For Vegas

We were all deeply saddened by the news of a mass shooting in Las Vegas on Sunday night. On Thursday, October 5, at 9pm EST, we will be holding a national prayer call joining our prayers and hearts with those in the Las Vegas community inviting everyone to pray for recovery and healing.
It is always shocking to hear such news, and we all feel different emotions: pain, sorrow, confusion, anger, etc. Above all, our hearts go out to the many families whose lives will never be the same. Let us all join together and pray for the people who were hurt, their families, and their communities. Let us all pray for the healing and peace that can be found in God’s love.
We are moved to see the people of Las Vegas jumping in to support the injured with blood donations and many other ways. It is always encouraging to see the goodness in humanity in the face of heartbreaking and devastating events.
Let us continue to pray for the people hurt and the many families affected, and come together as a community to support everyone in these troubled times.
