This Week on True Parents Way

Tuesday’s video is entitled, “He Becomes a Sinner So We Can Be Sinless.” Our True Father, Rev. Sun Myung Moon, took on sin to free us from it, to show us the path from original sin to true life, love, and lineage. In 1971, he said, “the most important thing is how to reach the position of only begotten Son and only begotten Daughter.” Yes, birth status is one factor: “Jesus said, ‘God is my Father. …There could be no other Son than himself.’” But more important is one’s effort, one’s love for God and others.

Thursday’s Holy Marriage Blessing podcast, “Sacramental Marriage,” tells us that a sacrament combines Word, deed and faith to bring God into the world, centered on Christ. The Holy Marriage Blessing is the ultimate sacrament, because it removes the original sin by the Word, deed and faith. By it, the absolute love of God is housed with man and woman. Marriage becomes the vehicle for God to be present with us, all the time, visibly, in the world.
