Divine Principle Seminar Offers a Deeper Perspective
The latest Divine Principle seminar in Las Vegas began on March 27 and had a total of seven guests. Workshop lecturer Andrew Compton drew special significance from the power of this holy number. “I felt this seminar was special,” he said. “We had such an inspiring time together… It continues to be a joy to study, discuss, and teach the Divine Principle – and to see how it is able to impact brothers and sisters in such a life-giving way.”
One young Unificationist, Jonathan Stephan of California, felt deeply connected to God after learning more about Heavenly Parent’s suffering heart. “[At the workshop] I learned the struggle and pain that God and True Parents went through,” he said.
Stephan hopes to keep this connection going as he embarks on his next journey. “Soon I will be serving in the US Army. I will take God’s heart with me and practice, in the moments of most despair, God’s will.”
In between lectures and discussions, guests had a chance to sight see at the Hoover Dam, hike at Red Rock Canyon, and fish on Lake Mead.
