This Week on True Parents Way

Our True Parents Way blog series explores the question, “well, how did I get here?” It is entitled, “Begotten of God.” True Parents restored God’s ownership of sex and discovered its essence. Sex begins in God’s dual characteristics, which are directed by His universal prime energy to have a relationship. Universal prime energy is love, and love’s action is very simple: “in …God, the Origin, two entities are separately manifested and reunited in oneness.” By the energy of love, one entity becomes two entities, and two entities become one entity. And on we go from there.
Our Tuesday video continues the discussion of national restoration, this week on the subject of sovereignty. It emanates from God and is realized through the citizens. Western thought views the citizens as individuals. Cheon Il Guk disagrees. We each are composites of family networks and it is in them that sovereignty rests. It is a short step to the topic of lineage, and how we all are royal families.
And our Thursday podcast is a lesson for new students on the Holy Wine Ceremony. Pastor Ruth Muanda and I explain, from Father Moon’s words, the Holy Communion has engrafted believers into Jesus’ body through the Holy Spirit for 2,000 years, but still the world, and church, and believers themselves, cannot overcome sin. The Holy Wine Ceremony, leading to the Holy Marriage Blessing, finally liberates humankind from original sin.
