Support the Nigeria Peace Library Project
In Nigeria, many people do not have access to books, and libraries are scarce. Several community members in Masaka, a town located in the Nasawara district of Nigeria, are working to change that. On October 13th, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) of Nigeria and Universal Peace Federation (UPF) of Nigeria partnered with a local church, the Gilgal Revival Faith Assembly, to create a library in Masaka.
Now, our Nigerian community is asking for YOUR help with their efforts to bring literacy to the people of this town. Please consider supporting the Nigeria Peace Library Project with a small donation of your choice. Just one dollar can provide up to 5 books for the library. Your donation would be greatly appreciated, and would bring us one step closer to eliminating the barriers caused by national boundaries.
Stay tuned for more information about the Nigeria Peace Library Project, including information about how you can donate your used books to our brothers and sisters on the other side of the globe.
