What Are You Going to Do This Summer?
Summer is here! For many students, that means taking a break from school, spending time with friends and family, and taking some much needed R&R (rest and relaxation). It’s also a great time to do something a little out of the ordinary like travel, learn something new, pick up a hobby, or transform your life through attending CARP’s Global Momentum 2016 Workshop—you know, that kind of thing.
Our mission at CARP is to inspire and empower students to become global citizens by engaging them in the study and application of Unification Principles. We want students to know that they affect the direction of the world—not someday—but today, right now.
Students are in a position to make a huge difference in society through the choices they make. We want to give students the tools and clarity to make those choices, not based on what they think they should do or have to do, but based on what their original mind is telling them. That’s why we are excited to host our international student convention, GLOBAL MOMENTUM 2016!
Whether you’re preparing for your first year of college or your last, we’ve got something for you. You’ll experience enriching seminars that will enable you to embody the Principle and express it through practical skills in your personal and professional life. You will interact with participants from around the country and the world (we’re expecting students from over 20 nations!), and you will meet young professionals and alumni in your field of interest at CARP’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Banquet.

“When I first attended a Momentum workshop in 2014, I really saw that I was not alone in what I wanted to achieve. There are students and alumni all over the world who were committed to the same dream and ideal. That completely shifted the way I looked at life and my purpose. I went from feeling like I was trying to get the water out of a sinking ship to feeling like we could fix the boat and upgrade to a bigger one. A global boat… Anyway it gave me the confidence to start my own CARP chapter in my community and now I’m even working with CARP HQ to empower students all around the world. It’s incredible.”
