Mrs. Gil Ja Sa Eu Visits Local Churches
Mrs. Gil Ja Sa Eu, author of A Testimony to God’s Word, In Regard to Divine Principle, and wife to her late husband, Rev. Hyo Won Eu, is one of the earliest living disciples of True Parents. Mr. and Mrs. Eu were among the first three couples to receive the Holy Marriage Blessing by True Father in 1960. In 2015, Mrs. Eu embarked on a nationwide tour which spanned several weeks.
“The purpose of my visit to America is to share content from my new Divine Principle lecture program book,” she said. “I published it in Korean, Japanese and English, and anyone can use to be a lecturer. I came to encourage that here in America. I wanted to communicate with Unificationists in America, ask them how they are doing, and if they have any questions I want to answer them. I want to emphasize that everyone should be a lecturer. When we are in the physical world, we always talk about eating, wearing clothes and living. When we are in spiritual world, we don’t need those kinds of things. The only thing we need to know is how to teach the Divine Principle and True Father’s words. Everyone should become lecturers during their lifetime. That is the most important tradition True Father has made for anyone who follows him. That is why I am still educating and building up new lecturers until now.”
On November 19, 2015, Mrs. Eu visited the Clifton Family Church in New Jersey as the first stop of her national tour. The seats were filled and everyone listened intently as Mrs. Eu shared sincere testimonies and advice on the power of lecturing.

Most recently, Mrs. Eu visited the Dallas Family Church and Las Vegas Family Church.
Mrs. Eu arrived at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport at noontime on Friday, January 8 where she was warmly welcomed with flowers by 12 local brothers and sisters. After lunch, she wanted to explore Dallas history, so Rev. Jin Hyung Lee, the local KEA pastor, took her to visit the 6th Floor Museum in downtown Dallas. The museum examines the life, times, death and legacy of President John F. Kennedy.
The Dallas program with Mrs. Eu was scheduled from 2-5:00 pm on Saturday, January 9, so as to allow adequate and convenient traveling time to and from Dallas for Unificationists from other states. Brothers and sisters from Oklahoma and Arkansas, where the drive takes up to five hours one-way, were glad to make the trip and participate. Altogether, over 100 Unificationists attended the program.
Attendees were excited to hear presentations on the Divine Principle by two young adults, Hiro Ando and Jonathan Golden. Then Unificationist Mark Hernandez offered slides and readings revealing True Father’s words and the heartfelt impressions of former FFWPU President, Dr. Hyo Won Eu and his wife, Mrs. Eu. This was a deep experience for all in attendance.

The conclusion of the program was an hour-long, tearful talk by Mrs. Eu, translatedd from Japanese to English by Rev. Hideyuki Sakai. Mrs. Eu’s words conveyed the profound life and legacy of True Parents. She concluded by encouraging everyone to have the heart to support True Parents as they continue their work.
After gathering for a closing group photo, many remained to speak with or simply thank Mrs. Eu for her revelatory words, and for remaining such a steadfast supporter of True Parents for over six decades. One attendee expressed that the chance to hear Mrs. Eu was akin to how precious it would have been to hear Peter talk about his time with Jesus.
The Dallas Family Church welcomed Mrs. Eu on January 8.
On Friday, January 15, Mrs. Eu and the Japanese missionaries in Las Vegas went on a pilgrimage, following True Parents’ footsteps through the nearby Holy Grounds, and visited the Grand Canyon. On Sunday, January 17, she gave a special presentation during the Las Vegas Family Church Sunday Service.

First, Mrs. Eu gave a short message asking everyone to determine to become Divine Principle lecturers. Afterwards, her assistant, Mrs. Eguchi prepared materials about how to give a model lecture, and Rev. Andrew Compton, Education Director at the International Peace Education Center, read Rev. Hyo Won Eu and Mrs. Eu’s testimony. After lunch, everyone gathered again to hear a longer message from Mrs. Eu about True Mother and how Unificationists can support her.

I was not at any of the presentations, as I live outside of the US. Is there anything in writing about the testimony of True Parents that Mrs. Eu is giving?
