Fall in Wisconsin

Before the fall season officially hit, Unificationist youth in Wisconsin enjoyed a favorite summer activity. The kids and some parents had an overnight camping adventure on August 1, 2015 at Kettle Moraine. There was great food, swimming and games around the campfire. Sleeping outside in the tents made everyone feel close to God’s creation. A morning service around the fire was a wonderful way to spend time together and gain some spiritual inspiration.
The Milwaukee Family Church spent the weekend of October 24 and 25 getting into the spirit of the season. Young participants took a trip to the apple orchard along with some friends from Chicago and enjoyed traditional autumn fun. The group brought back bags of apples and wonderful memories. The kids then prepared a bake sale for the next day and sold homemade goods made with the freshly picked apples after Sunday church service.

On Sunday, November 15, the youth group showed their gratitude for all of the fun times they shared by giving back to the community. Armed with gloves and plastic bags, they went around the neighborhood picking up trash, beautifying their city and inspiring neighbors wherever they went!
