The inner (4PF) base of principles of sustainability consists of family ethics, civic virtues, universal interdependence and the original heart-mind. The outer base is more external and scientific. The inner base is more internal or vertical relating to unchanging values and philosophy. Together, the inner and outer bases would form the outline for the principles of sustainability that would guide nations towards lasting peace, mutual prosperity, freedom from fear, disease, suffering and disenchantment.
