Background

Rev. Richard Buessing was born in Merced, CA in 1951 where he attended Merced College and later San Jose State University where he met the Unification Church in 1971.

He has held several church leadership roles over the years as a Divine Principle workshop lecturer, State Leader, Regional Coordinator, District Pastor, IW, and President of Family Federation for a Heavenly USA.  Currently, he is the President of the Senior Pastors Association.

He was Blessed in Marriage to Marjorie Barrie from Redmond, WA in 1982 at MSG.  They have four children. 

On July 26, 2017 Rev. Buessing accepted the role of President of Family Federation USA. He served in this role until December 31, 2o18, when he stepped down and accepted the role of President of the Senior Pastors Association.
