Take the Ocean Challenge
The 2015 National Ocean Challenge Program in Kodiak is open for registration! If you have a spirit for adventure, join Unificationist youth this summer for some river fishing, deep sea fishing, boating, hiking and more!
The program is from July 12 – August 1, 2015, and gives youth the opportunity to learn and experience basic marine skills in fishing and how to operate boats while enveloped within the beauty of the Emerald Isle of Kodiak, Alaska.
Daily scripture reading focuses on True Father’s vision for the ocean and gives participants the chance to ponder his words in the same setting and environment he speaks of. Participants have the opportunity to see what it’s like to wrestle in a giant halibut, encounter the monstrous ling cod, and outmaneuver the swift king salmon! There’s no guarantee what fish will be caught, but it will be a once in a lifetime adventure you will not forget! Each participant takes home complimentary boxes of the finest fillets available on the planet to share with family and friends.
