Interfaith Peace Blessing Festival
Last weekend there was an Interfaith Peace Blessing Festival in the Philippines, a country which has been growing in its tribal messiahship (personal ministry) efforts and has been recently making a national impact through big celebrations offering the Holy Marriage Blessing to thousands of couples. Our new Vice President, Mari Curry, shares her experience attending the festival.
National Outreach Revival
As the outreach revival in Honolulu comes to its conclusion this weekend, we look forward to our next city—Dallas, Texas—where we will spend three weeks connecting with others in evangelism. Join in for at least one week in Dallas or one of the cities down the road!
Happy 40th Anniversary to the 1800 Couples
This Sunday, February 8, 2015, is the 40th anniversary of the 1800 Couple Holy Marriage Blessing that took place in February of 1975. We will have a national observance and celebration at East Garden. Our Continental Director, Dr. Ki Hoon Kim—also one of the 1800 couples—shares a greeting.
True Parents’ Award for Distinguished Service
This year is the 40th anniversary of the world missionaries going out in 1975. True Mother wants to give a distinguished service award to our missionaries who have served around the world. Apply for the award or nominate a friend to represent America and the nations we served!
This Week in History
This week in history, on February 4, 1972, True Father gave a speech titled, “The Ideal World for God and Humankind” at the Lincoln Center in New York City. He expressed God’s Hope for this nation.
