This week’s video on the Cheon Il Guk Constitution is about the legislative assembly, the Cheon Eui Won. Eui means to consult, discuss, criticize and find agreement. Through this method, the people’s representatives formulate the issues requiring True Parents’ decision, and recommend the decision. The Constitution specifies many areas for Eui Won action, including qualifications for citizenship, for blessed family status and for public office. The Eui Won has authority over the government’s budget and project proposals; it investigates government activities and personnel, and determines procedures and rules. The Eui Won’s job: design a System of a Oneness.  

Our Holy Marriage Blessing podcast asks the question, Why Man and Woman? the ideal world comes through relationships, and the core relationships are those between parents and children, and husband and wife. We cannot become parents until we give birth to children, and we cannot give birth to children by ourselves. It requires man and woman, and that’s the first answer to the question, why man and woman. God created the universe out of complementary partners that are different from each other. If they were not different, they would not fit together to create something bigger.
