Poetry Contest for True Parents’ Birthday

Are you a poet or songwriter, or have a knack for the written word? Do you want to commemorate True Parents’ Birthday in a creative way with a chance to win a prize?
The True Parents’ Birthday Poetry Competition is an international contest, accepting poems in Korean, Japanese and English. Prizes will be awarded to eight winners in each category, in addition to one grand prize. The poem selected for the Grand Prize may be read during True Parents’ Birthday celebration on February 13.
Awards
Grand Prize: 1 winner
Certificate and 1 million won cash prize (~ $800 USD)
First Prize: 3 winners (One for each language category)
Certificate and cash prize of 600,000 won (~$500 USD)
Second Prize: 6 winners (Two for each language category)
Certificate and cash prize of 400,000 won (~$330 USD)
Third Prize: 15 winners (Five for each language category)
Certificate and cash prize of 200,000 won (~$165 USD)
Submission Guidelines
Poems can be in any format under two pages long. There is a limit of one submission per person.
Submit your entry by February 4, 2016.

When you’re ready to submit your poem, simply fill out the form below. Before you submit, make sure your entry complies with the submission guidelines. You can also send your poem to lovetrueparents@gmail.com and include all the information required in the form below.
