Midnight Prayer Held at the Clifton Family Church

On December 31, 2018, the Clifton Family Church community gathered for their annual Midnight Prayer to ring in the new year.

This year, Rev. Demian Dunkley, who was appointed as the new President of Family Federation for a Heavenly USA by True Mother earlier that day, attended the midnight prayer with his family. After District 3 Pastor Minoj Jacob lit the Holy Candle which was placed at the front of the room, the program began with the singing of “Light of Grace.” Everyone then offered a bow to True Parents and recited the Family Pledge, which was followed by an opening prayer. After a five-minute meditation, at the stroke of midnight, the congregation watched the recording of True Mother’s New Year’s message.

Afterwards, Demian delivered a midnight message, reminding everyone about the mission to accomplish Tribal Messiahship and to never think that it is impossible. The night ended with everyone lighting their candle, offering a unison prayer and singing “Tongil” while standing in a circle.
