Hoon Dok Hwe with True Parents at East Garden, July 15, 2010

The following are notes of Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon’s words taken during the Hoon Dok Hwe held at East Garden on July 15, 2010.

Dr. Seuk reported:

The power and health of True Parents is great. The doctor recently said that Father is like a 50 year old. True Parents teach us Absolute Faith, Absolute Love and Absolute Obedience. This is the time for our faith to be great. True Parents are the only ones that can lead us to Cheon Il Guk, no one else knows the providential history. Also the path that Hyung Jin Nim is walking is like Father’s early religious lifestyle with deep prayer, devotion, sacrifice and love. He went to Pusan and wept where Father built the first church. Hyung Jin Nim testifies to his own personal transformation as to when he realized who father was.

True Father:

What you need to know is that Christianity and all religions attending God are currently empty. They should be bringing the light of God solving the problems of the world and yet the world is becoming darker. How can we bring light to this world?

We should no longer do ceremonies but from now on we should do “Festivals”. The communist party advanced through demonstrations. We must advance now through festivals.

The offerings should come before development. The communist party held demonstrations to kill off the enemy. We will hold festivals with offerings, not to hurt anyone, but to digest the darkness and all resentments and sins of the world and then set the basis of development for blessed families and a world of peace.

American football is popular, and very different from soccer. You can touch the ball with your hands. The worst thing to do in Soccer is touch the ball with your hands. Equestrian and Soccer are very central to the Olympics.

Tae Kwon Do is straighter, however Won Won Do, which Father created, is based more on circular movements. In the future the world of martial arts will change. Soccer will change and the Olympics will change. In Satan’s world you have to hurt others to win and  in many sports people are hurt by the victor, however when heaven rules the world then that will all change. (A sister then brought Kona coffee to Father – he said with a smile – Ahhh, I’m the King of Kona Coffee!) There is always competition between two.  There is the Cain and Abel side, yet the bigger one should help the smaller one.

When the family is united it forms a spherical set of relations: God, parents, children, with brothers and sisters in front and back, and husband and wife on the left and right.  This protects the family.  Can Husband and Wife really work in spherical motion?  Is it circular or spherical? With children it becomes spherical.

(Father then described, using the basis of a ½ three ring binder from his speech book, how a plane contains the numbers and formulae that expands to a sphere in the cosmos.) Everything is built by numerical processes – with God all things have a formula and a principled pattern.

(Shin Jun Nim came in and asked Father to come to breakfast. Father carefully respected him and asked if he could have one more hour. Shin Jun Nim agreed, and then everyone clapped).

(Rev. Yoon, the former President of Segye Times, reported): He explained the meaning of the Convention to proclaim the word that firmly establishes the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humanity. This means that True Parents have become the substantiation of the “Word” and that this can now be proclaimed.

Father will meet all blessed couples every morning no matter what position because as blessed couples they are his children and he wants to be with them.  He refuses to meet heads of state now but will not deny the Blessed Central Families.

(The Grandchildren came and greeted True Father, and then Father began to read the last section of his speech given in Korea on July 8th. The speech is copied below with Father’s comments in bold.)

Proclamation of the Era of the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind

Ladies and gentlemen, in Las Vegas a special proclamation was given centered on God by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind on two separate days—one part at 2:20 AM on the 8th day of the 5th month of the Heavenly Calendar (June 19, 2010) and the other at 3:25 AM, on the 15th day of the 5th month of the Heavenly Calendar (June 26, 2010).

The number 3 from 3:25 AM represents the three eras from the saying “Success comes at the third attempt.” It also symbolizes the Old, New, and Completed Testament ages. Twenty-five minutes, or the number 25, is a quarter of one hundred. The True Parents have achieved ultimate unity and offered and proclaimed the era of [God’s] full transcendence, full immanence, full authority and omnipotence upon the standard of perfection, completion and conclusion.

True Father: Without these two proclamations in Las Vegas, the July 8th event proclaiming the “Word” that firmly established the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humanity could not have occurred.  This event represented the settlement of True Parents and the embodiment of the word.

Furthermore, with the Seung Hwa Ceremony for former United States secretary of state General Alexander Haig, I proclaimed that the ceremony for the victory of the first, second, and third Israels, which completed the ceremony for rebirth, resurrection and seunghwa during my lifetime, was transferred to Korea.   

True Father: The Seung Hwa Ceremony brought grace to Gen. Haig.  His son, grandson, and family should come to the next event.  Through this Seung Hwa ceremony in Korea the eternal decision that Korea would be the Fatherland was confirmed.  America cannot be the central nation of Cheon Il Guk.  Korea is that nation. America represents the world.

As a result, God’s homeland and hometown is now Korea. By proclaiming that Korea is God’s homeland, the Convention to Proclaim the Word that Firmly Establishes the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind can be completed in Korea. This has been declared on July 8.    

True Father: God’s homeland is Korea. Because of this the Convention to proclaim the “Word” could occur.

Through this proclamation ceremony, all the borderlines in the entire cosmos have been abolished. Consequently, centering on the autonomous God, heaven and earth shall exist eternally, night and day, under God’s reign and with the support of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind.

True Father: Now there is no boundary. True Parents cannot be blocked from any area of the world, Asia, Europe, America – all the boundaries for God and True Parents are removed.

Distinguished guests, at this serious and important time, a revolutionary and cosmic change must now take place in your lives. Let us summarize the message Heaven has given to us today in light of this.

True Father: You are distinguished guests. You have great responsibility as Blessed families.

First, all blessed families should first attend God at the center of their families and every day carry out hoon dok education, which can completely unite parents and children. In other words, you should thoroughly teach the Divine Principle, the textbook and teaching material True Parents have bequeathed, True Father’s autobiography, and absolute sexual ethics taught through the Original Divine Principle. . 
Second, Heaven has permitted the grace of the realm of seunghwa for rebirth and resurrection to be bestowed on the family unit. Here, a requisite condition is the complete unity between parents and children. In other words, you must establish the standard for absolute parents and absolute children, and establish an absolute family.

True Father: The families doing Hoon Dok Hwe are making the condition for the blessing and Seung Hwa to come to your family.
I never told Hyun Jin Nim to do the things he is doing.  Does Rev. Kwak really know about the Rebirth, Resurrection and eternal life ceremony?  I never told Hyun Jin to take responsibility for America and do what he wanted with it.  I never gave him permission to do what ever he wanted.  He says I’m senile and claims that I lie.

Mr. Furuta, who is Mr. Kamiyama with? With Jin Man, with Rev. Kwak’s group?  Can you bring Mr. Kamiyama? (Mr. Furuta – I spoke to him many times and he will not come.)  Mr. Kamiyama is going in the wrong direction. Mr. Oyamada, you are representing Father, you must get permission from me for any decisions made in Japan right?  (Yes)  No leader can make major decisions in any nation without my advice and approval.

Is Kamiyama saying that Father is stupid and going with Hyun Jin Nim?  The Washington Times and Sheraton Hotel in Washington have foundations that I created. Who made things the way they are now? Some white people did this.
Oyamada, why aren’t you dealing with this issue by mobilizing Japanese members?   How many are coming from Japan?

Third, humankind has moved out of the realm of the era of restoration through indemnity, thanks to the grace of True Parents who have suffered hardships through which they sweat blood. Therefore, do not forget the fact that during True Parents’ lifetimes we all have the responsibility to liberate families, tribes, peoples, nations and the world from the realm of hell. Now that the era of restoration through indemnity has ended, what kind of era is dawning? The reign of tranquillity and prosperity in the victorious realm centered on God and True Parents shall be eternal.

Fourth, we are now entering the era of God’s direct dominion. Ladies and gentlemen, I have said that less than three years remain until the D-day proclaimed by Heaven. I beg that you inscribe in your hearts the fact that we have entered the era of the realm of the cosmic Sabbath in which your family members in the spirit world shall return to the earth to receive Original Divine Principle education, and where eight generations will live together and share the together in a single family. Aju!

Once again, I offer you my heartfelt thanks for your gracing this occasion with your presence and celebrating this providential event. I pray that you will live in good health and in the abundance of God’s love. It is my hope that we can offer greater glory and honor to God the next time we meet.

I pray that the blessings of God, the king of kings, will be upon you, your family and your nation.
