True Parents Way continues its blog series, “Divine Principle Sex Education.” Human history began with an unresolved trauma called the Fall. New age practitioners believe that “unresolved trauma is stored in the body. …Emotionally-charged events from your past can still be haunting you in the form of ‘Trapped Emotions,’ emotional energies that literally inhabit your body.” Today’s medical science and psychology confirm that trauma can lead to physical and mental illness, that it affects our genes, and that we repress its memory. Receiving the marriage Blessing resolves this trauma.  

This week’s video is entitled “Overcoming the Temptation to Judge.” The advent of True Mother was the gateway for church members to enter the brother-sister realm of heart. True Father once recounted, “Old ladies couldn’t imagine such a young girl providing mothership for the church. …Many women said that True Mother was a failure, [they] accused and accused her. …God never accused; only Satan accused. …But True Mother was patient. Then later, everyone felt that she was truly True Mother, and deserved the position.” To internalize Father’s heart, Unificationists had to overcome the temptation to judge Hak Ja Han.

Our Holy Marriage Blessing podcast is entitled, “Engrafting God into Your Lineage.” We all suffer from selfishness. It makes us miserable and it’s out of synch with nature. Jesus Christ lived a life of complete unselfishness. It’s because he came from God’s lineage. Pastor Ruth and Dr. Tyler explain how, through True Parents, we engraft God into our lineage.
