    Thanks for the wonderful testimony!
I was there also, what memories.
My mother Serenity Carlson was there, with the Oakland Family, seated just behind home plate. She led their singing, all afternoon, and knowing the forecast, included “You Are My Sunshine.” One brother was standing with her, and she didn’t know his name. Some said it was Aidan Barry, or a third name, and now you have confirmed that is was Tom McDevitt.
Together they resumed singing this now famous song.
By the way, it was also my grandfather’s favorite song.
