Divine Principle Seminar for French-Speaking Guests

On March 5, 2016, the French Ministry at the Colorado Family Church held a Divine Principle seminar titled, “God’s Ideal for the World of Peace” and covered many parts of the Divine Principle, such as “The Three Great Blessings”, “The Fall of Man”, “The Four Position Foundation”, “Parallels of History”, “The Growth Periods”, and also how God has been working throughout history to save humanity.

The talks were given by Rev. Ignace Wantete, who started the French Ministry and is an avid and passionate teacher of the Divine Principle. There were 21 guests and a total of 40 people attended, including pastors and bishops of other churches as well as some who have been studying the Divine Principle with Rev. Wantete already.

The combination of beautiful decorations, professional musicians, and good food made the entire experience very memorable and heart-warming.

Below is a testimony from one of the participants, Nancy Emerson:

I attended a workshop given by Reverend Ignace Wantete. It was an introduction to the “Divine Principle” and the “Principles of Creation.” Rev. Wantete is much loved in our church. He started the first French Ministry here. He is known by many names. Rev. Wantete, Ignace, and Ignacio, just to name a few. I personally know him as “Nacho.” I must admit I am biased as he is my teacher of the Bible and Divine Principle. I have been with this church less than a year and this man has taught me so much. God is back in my life because of him and his teaching. If you ever have the chance to attend one of his workshops, I highly recommend it.

Rev. Wantete explained the Principles of Creation in great detail from the very beginning with Adam and Eve and the fall of man. He talked of the Three Blessings, the Four Position Foundation and how God strives to save humankind throughout history. He told about the growth period we all have to go through in order to reach perfection and how this is all the scientific side of the Bible. One woman commented on the fact that she didn’t know there was a scientific side to the Bible and she was so excited about it. He also drew a timeline and showed how each age is parallel to all the others, right down to where we are on that timeline today.

The Bible was written with many parables and symbols. Divine Principle explains it all and Rev. Wantete’s introduction on the Principles of Creation leaves you wanting more.
