Couples Meet for Vision 2020 Planning

Vision 2020 is a goal that takes shape not only on the national level but within families and individuals. After the return from the Top Gun Workshop and the celebrations of the third anniversary of True Father’s ascension in Korea, Unificationists in Portugal organized a weekend for couples blessed in marriage to revive their spirit and make a new determination for the development of their goals for Vision 2020.

Over 20 couples and their children gathered at the national FFWPU Portugal headquarters in Lisbon from September 12-13, 2015. During the two days of the workshop, they lived together as one family under True Parents’ love and guidance.

“Surrounded by a lot of good energy and high motivation, we created a fabulous atmosphere,” said an event organizer.

“Our national leader shared in depth about his experience in Korea and the guidance given by True Mother.” The group also watched educational videos and videos about recent FFWPU activities around the world. Testimonies were given by members of the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP), the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) and local outreach teams as well as by Unificationists who have been successful in distributing True Father’s autobiography and engaging in Tribal Messiahship (personal ministry) work. Divine Principle lectures were included as well.

“We are looking forward with much hope,” said participant Sergio Neto. “We all pledged to practice our goals towards the realization of Vision 2020.”
