Coffee Talks: Meet Julius Malicdem
On this episode of Coffee Talks, EJ Rapada of Universal Peace Federation (UPF) USA interviews Dr. Julius Malicdem, President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) Philippines.
Dr. Malicdem was invited to attend the 2016 Filipino International Community of America (FICA) National Assembly, held on October 8 in Las Vegas, as its guest of honor. Here, he reflects on the experiences and insights from the assembly, as well as his hopes for the future collaboration of American and Filipino Unificationists in achieving Vision 2020.
Coffee Talks is a project of familyfed.org that seeks to create a conversational space for Unificationists and friends to engage one another and discuss the topics of the day over coffee, tea, and the occasional treat.

I am trying to engage the Filipino Community in my area (St. Louis, Mo.) to participate in the Blessing. I have contacted a Filipino woman responsible for communications in this area and she was very open and tried to get us to be able to give a presentation to her group.
