Christmas and Volunteer Appreciation Brunch in Clifton
On Christmas Eve, around 100 people attended the annual Christmas Gathering and Volunteer Appreciation Brunch at the Clifton Family Church. A tradition started in 2014, this annual event creates an opportunity to celebrate and offer thanks to all those who have contributed to District 3 programs, activities, and initiatives during the previous year.
This year, the staff of the Clifton Family Church demonstrated their gratitude for the volunteers by preparing fun games, interactive karaoke, and a delicious breakfast for everyone. The volunteers, both young and old, were served fruit salad, scrambled eggs, croissants, and coffee. Pastor Manoj Jacob, District 3 and Clifton pastor, also made his famous hash browns specially for the occasion, while New Jersey Young Adult Pastor Joe Leonard served his delicious blueberry pancakes.
After brunch, Christmas stories and a gift exchange, topped off with karaoke, made for a truly memorable and enjoyable morning for all who came.
