Christ Star Church of God Receives the Blessing

On Sunday, October 7, Michiko Yokoyama and William Selig from the Northern Virginia Family Church were welcomed to the Christ Star Church of God to celebrate its 6th anniversary of the non-denominational, independent church located in Dulles, Virginia.
Church Pastor Vincent Wright addressed over 50 people in attendance about creating a relationship with God as well as with each other. He stressed the importance of family relationships to be bound together in love and harmony by reciting Colossians 3.14: “And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.” Pastor Wright concluded his address by stating that love can guard these relationships against assault by the enemy.
The Sunday service closed with a special Blessing Ceremony led by Father Bayo Adrien, who pronounced blessings of love, humility and unity over nine couples. The couples then drank the Holy juice and repeated the Blessing vows, becoming a True Family.
