Third Japanese Revival Seven-Day Divine Principle Workshop

From May 17 to May 24, 2017, Japanese Unificationists revisited the basics of the Divine Principle through the third seven-day revival workshop at the Las Vegas International Peace Education Center. Rev. Soichiro Nakamura, long-time education director for Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) Japan, was invited back to be the main lecturer for the Japanese-language workshop. The following are testimonies by several participants from the event, as they reflect on how the workshop has helped them better understand God and the providential course of True Parents.

Reflections:

“I had to realize that I was so young spiritually and so ignorant in understanding Heavenly Parent’s love and True Parents’ love. We have received so much love. Love did not change from the beginning to today. But I lost my identity as a Blessed Central Family, just like at the time of the Fall. However, once I realized the true love of God and the absolute love poured out to us through True Parents, I could finally find all the answers to my questions.” – Don Kuwahara (California)

“I feel God’s abundant love and realize that we have to substantialize true love in the family, which is where God yearns to live together with us. I feel I can be born again here in IPEC. I will try to be a better daughter to bring joy to God and True Mother.” – Sadako Maeda (Chicago)

“Mr. Nakamura’s Principle of Creation lecture allowed me to understand God’s unceasing wish to create a truly happy family. I felt sorrowful that I could not do anything to help God relieve His pain.  Mr. Nakata’s lecture about the development of Judaism gave me spirit and power. I felt that the life of faith that I practiced with eagerness was real. “I understood more about the value of the Only Begotten Daughter. God truly waited over 6,000 years for a true daughter in order to restore the original love.
