Seminar Instills Gratitude for True Parents’ Global Family
Contributed by Rev. Andrew Compton, Education Director, IPEC
There were two participants at the 18th 7-Day Divine Principle Seminar at the International Peace Education Center (IPEC) from April 24-30: Su Young, an elder blessed sister from Ohio and mother of five, and Olga Majitova, a first-generation Unificationist who works for our National Ministry Team. Although we were a small group, it was one of my best experiences teaching the Divine Principle. When we read the Principle together, both sisters were filled with a desire to truly understand the content. As a result, I think they had more questions than all the previous seminars combined. We spent hours discussing and reflecting on the significance of True Father’s words and how they can be applied to our life. We ended the seminar with a deep sense of gratitude to our True Parents—that because of them the three of us are, and will forever be, brother and sisters of the same family.

Why do you only give the workshop there? Maybe people do not have the time or money to travel?
Can you consider to do a mobile teaching and visit the local. Maybe you might get more people to attend. Do a weekend workshop or a holiday workshop with the help of local pastors. We need something like this in Chicago. Thanks Joe Hibner
