The 14,000-Foot Climb for Madison Square Garden
Mount Shasta stands over 14,000 feet high. With True Parents’ upcoming address at Madison Square Garden less than two months away, District 11 Witnessing Education Coordinator Markus Von Euw and his children, Gabby and Garith, made a commitment to climb the fifth highest mountain in California.
Garith was able to reach the peak in 6 hours, while Gabby took 9 hours, followed by Markus, who completed the climb in 12 hours. Garith patiently waited for his sister and father, trusting that they would reach the top. When they were all finally at the peak together, the Von Euws planted the Unificationist flag, symbolizing victory for True Parents at Madison Square Garden. They gave a wondrous cheer of victory, believing in the success of True Parents’ upcoming message, just as they had believed in each other to reach the top of Mount Shasta.

what an amazing family trip by an amazing family. God Bless the Von Euw family. I climbed Mt. Whitney with Markus and he arrived an hour before the rest of us. Looks like he is slowing down.
