Appreciate the presentations, thoughts and experiences shared.
I believe keeping a comprehensive running agenda tied to meeting minutes is key to maintaining a responsible, accountable and transparent process. I see most groups in our church are used to taking notes and have no idea how important capturing and tracking the context and important content that occurs in our interactions. This is a key factor to succeeding or failing as a managing group. I hope somehow this point can grow in significance over time as more and more councils realize the complexity of community cooperation when pursuing meaningful goals beyond simple social interactions.
