Background

Rev. Jun Orikasa was born in Saitama prefecture of Japan in 1961. He graduated from Yokohama National University in 1984 earning a Bachelor’s degree in Machinery. He joined Unification Movement in 1985. From 1989-1992 he worked with Unification-Buddhism relations in Tokyo. Jun studied at the Unification Theological Seminary from 1992-1995 and earned a Masters in Religious Education. After he graduated from UTS, he served as the FFWPU USA State Leader for North Texas from 1995-1999 when he began serving as the FFWPU USA State Leader for Oklahoma and continues to serve.

Jun received the Marriage Blessing with Eiko Orikasa, originally from Osaka city, Japan, at the 30,000 Couples Marriage Blessing Ceremony in Seoul in 1992. They have six children.
