David Ryan

Background

David Patrick Ryan was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1951. He joined the Unification Movement in October, 1978 in San Francisco, California. 

From 1979-1980 David participated in Home Church in New York City before joining a National MFT team for one year. He then participated in CARP from 1981-1982, and eventually attended the Unification Theological Seminary from 1982-1985. 

David has served as a FFWPU State Leader three times between 1985-1996 in Maine, Idaho, and Washington. Previously, he was the Pastor of Bellingham Family Church in Bellingham, Washington, where he has served since 1996. Presently, he serves as District 10 Pastor.

David received the Marriage Blessing to Valerie Chasteen in 1982 at Madison Square Garden. They have six children.
